The Art of Navigating Conflict Resolution
Have you ever asked yourself, “why am I still in this role, career or industry?” Or an even better question, “why do I stay in this role, career, or industry?” We are living through times of great change, conflict, and let’s face it turmoil. When chaos is present, emotions tend to be high, unexpected conflict or resistance can be the result, and sometimes we can lose our way.We each have the opportunity to re-find what brought us to where we are now. In that place of re-finding our purpose, we can use that knowledge to build a stronger foundation in our own journeys to help shape the lives of our community, customers, patients, employees, and even ourselves. Thought leader Kristie Tobias, MHA, will walk us through The Art of Navigating Conflict Resolution by helping us focus on the following key priorities:
- Re-finding our purpose and our voice,
- Identifying how change impacts why and how people show up in our environments,
- Defining key factors and behaviors that result in resistance and/or conflict, and
- Defining how to sustain a change-ready environment with proactive tools to navigate conflict resolution.
