How long will I have access to view archived presentations?
We emailed information for accessing the archived presentations March 11. If you did not receive it, check your Junk/Spam folder. You can access the archives until April 6. We cannot grant access after this date because the platform license will expire. No refunds will be issued if you try accessing the platform on or after April 6.
What technology do I need to view the conference? All you’ll need is internet access and Zoom. If you have not used Zoom before, go ahead and download it to your computer or tablet (whatever you’ll use to watch the event). We suggest you use Chrome or Firefox for the best user experience, but it will work with Safari. Internet Explorer does not work well with Zoom. Visit zoom.us/test to make sure you can get into a Zoom meeting. Also, check to make sure you’re using the most updated version (Zoom updates about once a month).
When will I receive information for logging into the event? We emailed all registered attendees information for logging into the digital platform March 2. If you did not receive an email, check your Junk/Spam folder. Follow details in our Attendee Cheat Sheet for access (only registered attendees will be able to login – it’s based on provided email addresses).
How do I access presentations within the platform? All live presentations take place in the Live Presentations auditorium, during the times listed. You will have to manually select the presentation to watch live. Follow these instructions:
Click Live Presentations from the top navigation bar or banner.
Select the current day (Mar. 4, Mar. 5 or Mar. 6).
Select the “Presentation Title” that’s getting ready to start in the left pane.
Click the red Attend Webcast button – You will either join the presentation in progress or the “waiting room” until it starts. Once archived, you’ll select View Archive to watch.
What do I do if I have any issues accessing presentations during the conference? We will have a live Help Desk and chat feature you can use throughout the conference.
When will sessions take place? Sessions begin Thursday, March 4, and conclude Saturday, March 6. View the schedule for times, which are all Easter (USA). Use the time zone convertor to determine your local time.
Do I have to attend all sessions in real-time? No. If you have to step away during a session, you will be able to access the recorded version from the POWER Lymphatics Archives after the conference for up to 30 days.
Will you record sessions? Yes. We are recording all sessions and archiving them for 30 days after the conference ends.
Can I access sessions after the conference? Yes. You will be able to access them from the POWER Lymphatics Digital Platform after the conference concludes. We’ll email information for accessing the platform to all registered attendees prior to the conference.
Will presentations be live? We will have a mix of live and recorded presentations, but all speakers will be present for live Q&A, unless otherwise noted in the schedule.
Will speakers offer copies of their presentations before or after the conference? We ask all speakers if they will allow attendees access to download their presentations. If they agree, we will make these available to download from the digital platform after the conference concludes.
Will I earn CEUs for attending? We have applied for approval from various organizations. View our Continuing Education page for more details.
Can I attend if I am not a certified lymphedema therapist? The content of POWER Lymphatics is geared to therapists and medical professionals treating patients experiencing chronic wounds or edema caused by lymphedema and/or lipedema. If you are a certified fitter or DME/HME/Mastectomy business owner/manager, you are welcome to attend and may find the content valuable.
