POWER Lymphatics

Building upon the success of the annual POWER Symposium, we added a track specific to lymphedema therapists with POWER Lymphatics. Our goal is to provide education on the management of chronic edema through presentations from experts in the field and hands-on workshops, as well as equip you with the knowledge and tools to achieve improved patient compliance and long-term outcomes.

We’re developing content for 2021 with speakers ranging from surgeons to therapists, covering a variety of topics, including:

  • Neuro-lymphatic research
  • Head and neck cancer lymphedema therapy and treatment
  • Naturopathic therapy
  • Primary lymphedema
  • Lipedema and other fat disorders
  • Phlebolymphedema
  • Wound care
  • Breast cancer treatment advancements and updates, along with techniques to reduce lymphedema

We are applying for a minimum of 15 continuing education credits.

By attending POWER Lymphatics, you’ll have the opportunity to earn CEUs and network with other lymphedema therapists, leading physicians and compression garment dealers. You’ll also learn from industry leaders, including Juzo and Tactile Medical, who will introduce you to products that can help improve patient compliance and outcomes. AND, we’ll be in New Orleans and guarantee you’ll have a great time during and after conference events. Our venue, Harrah’s New Orleans, is close to the infamous French Quarter and offers a luxurious environment with terrific views to help you relax and unwind.

POWER Lymphatics is an extension of the Providing Opportunities for Wellness, Education and Renewal (POWER) Symposium. This conference is geared toward specialty retailers catering to customers’ wellness needs, including DMEs, women’s and hospital boutiques, O&Ps and medical centers.
