Our room block includes the most recently renovated and largest rooms on property, Palace Premium. And, the Palace Tower elevators are closest to the our meeting space, so you don’t have to walk far (or through a casino) to get to POWER sessions, the Exhibit Hall or the party.
Rates
On behalf of the POWER Symposium, we are pleased to offer a discounted rate of $139 (plus taxes and fees)/night for Palace Premium rooms, if booked by March 10, 2027, or until the block is full.
Note the following:
- Rates are subject to state and local taxes (13.38%).
- Rooms are subject to a daily resort fee of $39.95 (discounted from $55) plus taxes (13.38%). This includes two guest admissions to the Fitness Center and in-room WiFi for two devices per day (fee is waived for Caesars Rewards members).
- When booking online, the rate shown is the full amount including the discounted resort fee and taxes. The total rate plus taxes and fees is $178.95.
- Caesars Palace will honor the POWER rate, based on availability, three days before and three days after the meeting.
- You can cancel up to 72 hours prior to arrival without penalty.
Check-in is 4 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m. First night’s room and tax is required upon check in. On-site or valet parking is available for an additional fee.
